Arjun Prasad Pokharel is a seasoned academic and administrator with over 15 years of experience in higher education. Since 2008, he has served as a Lecturer in Anthropology at Prithvi Narayan Campus, Tribhuvan University, contributing to teaching, academic planning, and student mentorship. As Head of the Department of Anthropology, he oversees academic operations, coordinates faculty activities, and leads curriculum development with a focus on quality education and research.
Alongside his academic role, he is actively involved in business ventures, including Chitwan Copy Udhyog, various books and stationery enterprises, and hydropower companies, reflecting his interest in innovation and sustainable enterprise. He has also led as Chairman of Kalam Saving and Cooperative, Kaski, promoting transparency, member engagement, and institutional growth
